Ref: Storage Areas Update & Notice to Remove Items
Dear Laurel Woods Owners,
Please review the following update regarding the two storage areas within Laurel Woods. As you are aware, the Board of Directors is undertaking a comprehensive cleanup and improvement project for both areas. The goals of this project include:
- Repairs to fencing and gates
- Installation of new locks
- Assignment of storage spaces using parking decals or hangers
- Implementation of designated storage spots
- Full clearing and preparation of the lots prior to these improvements
To proceed with this work, all items must be removed from both storage areas no later than April 5, 2026. This deadline is necessary to allow the Board of Directors to properly clean and grade the lots in preparation for the planned upgrades.
We appreciate your prompt cooperation and assistance in helping us improve these shared spaces.
